THE PROBATE NOTES WILL BREAK YOUR HEART
The probate attorney has synthesized the case against Donald very well, neither
supporting nor opposing Shelly's position. He states Shelly's position
which itself is a heart breaker because Shelly completely casts aside the rights
of her husband to keep and enjoy his own property during his twilight years:
"Petnr believes the pending private sale is extremely favorable to Donald and
petnr, who are the benes. Therefore, the court should approve the sale, even if
it determines that Donald remains as co-tee, or that the tr is revoked (pursuant
to a purported 6/9/14 revocation, which petnr alleg Donald had no capacity to
execute). "
You see? Even if the court finds that Donald is a co-trustee, and even if
the court decides that Donald successfully revoked the trust, the mere fact that
Shelly got a good price for the team should persuade the Court to order its
sale. As if there was no other value in life greater than the value of
money. What a terrible, terrible philosophy, and it explains so much.
Now that we understand the extreme materialism of Donald's persecutors we can
understand why they would attempt to have him restrained from defending himself
with a faulty TRO and why they would find doctors who would falsely assert his
insanity in order to deprive him of all of his rights to own and control his own
property.
EVEN IF DONALD REMAINS AS CO-TRUSTEE AND EVEN IF THE TRUST IS REVOKED, THE GOOD
PRICE SHOULD PERSUADE THE COURT TO ORDER ITS SALE.
Take note, Americans. Nothing matters except your money. You will be
thrown out of your home if the price goes too high because the value will be
noted by the likes of Shelly, et al., and your need to have a happy old age in
your own home will not be seen at all.
