At the Final trial, 1989-1990. Barbara Kulaszka, Imre Finta, Keltie Zubko and Doug Christie.  Kulaszka and Christie successfully defended Imre Finta against a charge of war crimes.  They also defended Ernst Zündel, who was charged with spreading “false news” for publishing the pamphlet: Did Six Million Really Die? That case ultimately made it to the Supreme Court, which acquitted Zündel and struck down the section of the criminal code as unconstitutional.  Barbara wrote a 900 page descripton of Zundel's final trial.  Click on the pic to read the book in PDF form.

In 1987 Barbara acted with Doug Christie as co-counsel to Holocaust denier Ernst Zundel in the 1980s, and then assisted Christie as a legal researcher in a subsequent Zündel case in the 1990s. She also assisted Christie in the defence of alleged Nazi war criminal Imre Finta, who was acquitted in 1990
